April Vacation Camp: Developing Identity Through Art

We are excited to bring you this week-long day camp program in partnership with local arts organizations.

Running from Monday April 20 to Friday April 24 from 9:30am to 2:30pm. Whole week or individual day tickets available.

Monday - We begin by exploring different mediums in art by making paper and experimenting with collage.

Tuesday - The North Andover Poets Corner joins us to explore the Merrimack Valley's unique history of poetry and experience the art of handwriting by learning the basics of cursive.

Wednesday - Elevated Thought joins us to teach the basics of mural layout and painting and discuss how public art and mural paintings can foster both self-identity and community identity.

Thursday - The North Andover Music Academy joins us for a day of guided musical discovery. Students will hear music from around the globe and experiment with various instruments themselves.

Friday - The Acting Out Theater Company joins us for a day of theater as we learn how acting and improv can express a story and express ourselves.
