WORDEN THEATER

  • Ideal for presentations, movies, documentaries, recitals.

  • Capacity: 68 guests.

  • Add $250 for use of the Lobby and Huster Boardroom.

  • Theater is rented in conjunction with Huster Boardroom.

  • No food or drink in Worden Theater, the event organizer
    must provide an usher/volunteer to ensure the policy is followed.

  • Member & Non-Profit Rates (up to 3 hours)

    • Friday - Saturday: $600

    • Sunday - Thursday: $250

    • Add AV support during event: $150

  • Non-Member Rates (up to 3 hours)

    • Friday - Saturday: $750

    • Sunday - Thursday: $500

    • Add AV support during event: $250

Facility RENTAL FEES

EXTRA CHARGES:

  • Add $100 for a staff member to set up and break down a space using NAHS furniture (max 2 hours).

  • Add $250 for setup/breakdown of the entire facility.

  • Cleaning Fee — add $100 (partial facility) or $250 (first and second floor functions)

  • 10% Catering and Beverage commission fees for all events starting after 2pm

  • When renting the Worden Theater, add $250 for use of the Lobby and Huster Boardroom.

  • Add $150 (members) or $250 (non-members) for media support throughout your event.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • All events have a 3 hour rental fee, plus one hour to set up before, and one hour to break down after the event.

  • Additional hours can be rented for $100-$500, depending on the space.

  • Up to 100 chairs, 6 high-top reception tables, 8x60” round tables, 4x8 ft banquet tables are included in the rental fee.
