Skeletons in the Closet - the Life and Legacy of Witch Trials Victim George Jacobs

Author Daniel A. Gagnon will explore 1692 Salem Village Witch-Hunt victim George Jacobs Sr.’s unmarked grave, how Danvers (Salem Village) confronted its legacy of the witch-hunt, a fatal family betrayal, and why the bones of a man executed in 1692 did so much traveling.

Gagnon authored “A Salem Witch” and also leads the Salem Village Historical Walking Tours which will be running each Saturday in October, touring sites in Salem Village (Danvers) connected to the Salem Witch Trials.
