a summer enrichment program for children
ADVENTURES IN TIME focuses on a different theme and time period in history during its one-week session during August. Up to twelve participants spend four days between 9:30 to 2:30, to experience first hand, different aspects of life during the development of the American nation through a variety of traditional crafts and trades.

Come spend the day and learn about Victorian America. We will explore secret languages of the time and create our own Fairy Garden.

cosplay creations: a SUMMER workshop for teens
GAME OF THRONES COSPLAY (Costume play) workshop
The 2018 summer teen workshops held in July 2018 focused on cosplay from the immensely popular HBO television series, Game of Thrones and similarly Medieval/Renaissance based historical series.
- Fashioned an Elizabethan ruff (easy sewing and our first project)
- Created a Game of Thrones inspired Renaissance Headpiece (gable hood) or a floppy courtiers’ hat.
